Do you adore yourself? I do adore myself!
How can you #adoreyourself, if you don’t? For me, I started to #adoremyself as a result of living an active lifestyle. However, there are days that I lack the motivation to get out and live that active lifestyle. When I need that added motivation or inspiration I look to my fellow Farrell’s members, Instagram, or Pinterest! I know I that I can always find motivation and inspiration in those places.
I find workout/running buddies to be one of the two biggest places I get motivation! Having someone counting on me to be in class almost always motivates me to get up at 4am. However, when I don’t I can always count on getting a message asking where I was and when will I be back in class. When I am in class I am almost always motivated to work harder because of my workout buddies! To find a buddy join a class or running club. There are a ton of free classes and clubs out there waiting for you!
My second biggest motivator and place to find inspiration is on Instagram! My Instagram feed is full of motivating and inspirating people! One might actually find it slightly intimating but for me opening up that app when I can’t get myself out the door to work out is exactly what I need. I follow runners, fitness fanatics, weight lifters, and just downright driven people. I suggest following people who are like minded and post things you are interested in. If you are a runner a few of my favorite Instagramers are @runningonthefly and @misssippipiddlin. Is fitness more your thing then I suggest @flecksoflex, @be.happyhealthyfit, and @workoutwithdi. Goodness, Pinterest is a good one for motivation and inspiration. I love to go out there and browse! I often go out there when I am looking for inspiration around work outs and meal options. Honestly, if I go out to Pinterest for meal inspiration I will most likely be lost for hours! There are so many meal suggestions out there! I tend to get caught in a food rut and Pinterest almost always help me get out of that rut! Recently, I have had to do several elimination diets and I found a ton of help out there! You can find just about anything you are looking for!
