Who doesn’t like a good challenge? I know I do!
I have a good one for this summer, the Sweat Pink community is working to get #1MillionMinutes of activity between now and August 21!
The goal of #1MillionMinutes is to inspire and encourage everyone to get moving! So what counts as activity you ask? Any kind of activity counts!!!! How awesome is that!

So I have been thinking through what my goal will be, I have decided I will shoot for 300 minutes of activity each week!
