I have been to a few in-person classes so I have a good idea of all the poses so I was interested to see if I could actually follow along with the Aaptiv app. I was shocked at how much the streamed classes where just like being in an in-person classes without all the other participants.
I have also tried an elliptical and running workout. I was also pleasantly surprised by the music that accompanies the workout. In fact, there were several classes that I could pick based on the music I wanted to listen to. The other thing I liked about the app is that there is an array of workouts that cater to all fitness levels.
