Can someone please tell me why pumpkin pie is so popular this time of year? Most people use the canned pumpkin to make it so in all reality it could be done any time of the year. But nope, it has to be done when there are a lot of other high calorie treats around.
Then there are frosted sugar cookies, why are they so much better this time of year? Again, they can be made any time of the year but people seem to focus on making them around the holidays.
Fudge, same thing can be said about this as the last two items. Alright, rant over!
All those treats are my favorite things! And many more but you get the point.
This year I am not going to limit myself from anything! Yes, you read that right. I am however, going to limit the quantities and focus more on fitness.
The last two years, I have felt so guilty when I had all of that goodness. This year I am going to know that I am doing extra activity so I can enjoy all the goodness.
