And if you have ready the first few post you have already figured out what I am going to say…Weight Watchers. I have been debating this decision for a while and I really didn’t make it lightly. I did not feel like when I was training for my first half that Weight Watchers work as well for me as I would have liked to. However, I am willing to give it a second shot because I know it is where I am successful with weight loss.
I want 2015 to be my year when it comes to running and in order to do that I need to remove the weight I have put on. I would love to tell you exactly what I have gained but I am not really sure. At my lowest weight I was 157 (February 2014) and currently I am 174 (Saturday), but my body has changed so much from my lowest because I have added so much more muscle. I am also wearing the same clothes I was wearing at my lowest so that helps me to know there has been changes in my body. But with all of that said, I am just felling uncomfortable and I need to fix it because I will not allow myself to go back to where I was almost 3 years ago. I have also lost that strong/amazing/awesome feeling and I want it back because it is the best feeling!
