I have been really open about my struggle with losing weight since my traumatic brain injury. It’s been so hard and nothing has seemed to work. Until I was introduced to Personal Trainer Food. I started following the program on January 1st and I am beyond excited about my results!
My Experience with Personal Trainer Food
My experience with Personal Trainer Food started as a two-week experiment. It was through a partnership with Fit Approach and Personal Trainer food that allowed me to try the plan. I did a lot of research before starting the program. It was important for me to make sure I gave the program everything I had and followed it as best as I could for those 14 days.
So I did just that, I followed the Personal Trainer Food program as laid out in the materials I received with my food. I ate the meals from Personal Trainer Food and low carb snacks such as nuts and cheese per the guidelines from Personal Trainer Food.
The first few days were hard! I felt horrible days 1-3. There were headaches, body aches, irritability and just a general feeling of grossness as my body detoxed from sugar. However, when I woke up on day 4 I felt better than I had in a year, maybe more. It was like a curtain was lifted and my whole world was a little sunnier!
I had hope that this program was actually working! On day 12, I had my company holiday gala and I did everything in my control to ensure I stayed on the Personal Trainer Food program. I ate before I left the house and I packed my own snacks! Amazingly, I did not cheat! And honestly, I didn’t want to cheat. I wanted to see what would happen if I stuck to the plan for 14 days.
So you can imagine my anticipation the morning of day 15! I stepped on the scale to find that I had lost 11 pounds! I hadn’t lost 11 pounds in all of 2017! Then it was on to measurements. I knew I have lost inches because my clothes were fitting much differently. I had lost over 7 inches in 14 days!!!!
The food arrived on my doorstep in an insulated box. All my meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were in the box!
It’s a really good thing I like eggs because all of the breakfast options consist of eggs. There were eggs with sausage, eggs with bacon, cheese omelets, frittata omelets, plain omelets, you get the idea lots of eggs! The breakfasts were great! In fact, I liked them so much some days I ate them for lunch too!
The lunches and dinners were a meat and non-starchy vegetable (or mix of non-starchy vegetables). The really nice part of that was that is that the meat and veggies come separately! It was really nice because I got to choose my meal combinations. I really enjoyed all of the options for both the meat and vegetables.
Overall, I really enjoyed the food. I did wonder when I first opened the Personal Trainer Food box how good a bunch of frozen food could be. I am happy to report it was really good!
To Continue or Not to Continue on Personal Trainer Food
Not in my wildest dreams could I have imagined I would have that great of results in 14 days! It gave me a lot to think about. I have struggled for over a year to lose weight. Personal Trainer Food broke they cycle for me and I made me wonder what kind of results I would have if I continued on the plan.
The answer is simple. It’s to continue with Personal Trainer Food. In fact, I have been following the plan since January 1st and my results continue to amaze me. I only weigh and measure myself once a month so on March 2nd I had lost 20 pounds and over 15 inches! I am over the moon excited about my results.
Honestly, I can tell you that if you are looking to lose weight and need some help, look at Personal Trainer Food! For me, it has been an amazing experience with Personal Trainer Food!
