Sweat Pink Twin Cities April Event
On April 9th at 6:30 pm Sweat Pink Twin Cities will be holding our April event at Straightline Dance Fitness! We will be spending the evening with Erika Cianciaruso who will be leading the group in Piloxing.
What is Piloxing? Piloxing is a mix of Pilates and boxing. It also incorporates high-energy interval dancing workouts which burn calories optimally and enhance stamina. It not only boosts your strength but your self-confidence and self-image too!

Our instructor, Erika, entered the professional fitness world after 10 years in the dance industry as a performer, choreographer, instructor, and competitor. She was the first Piloxing Master Trainer in China! She is also the one who introduced the Twin Cities to Piloxing. Erika has contagious energy and passion for movement! She will have you shaking, smiling and sweating all class long.
