What is Sweat Pink Twin Cities?
So for those of you who don’t know what Sweat Pink Twin Cities is let me tell you! We’re a community of active women (and men!) in the Twin Cities who love to sweat and socialize! This amazing group will include fun events, outdoor adventures, meetups, and monthly workouts (possibly more often).

Tell me more about Sweat Pink Twin Cities?
I have been part of the Sweat Pink Ambassador Community for years! It is one of the most amazing group of individuals I have ever had the honor to be part of! Our community is made up of more than 5,000 health and fitness enthusiasts from all walks of life. There are ultramarathoners and newbie runners, fitness competitors and women on weight loss journeys, moms and college students, vegans and paleos, and CrossFitters and yogis. Approximately 99% are women, 90% are bloggers, and 73% are fitness or wellness professionals.
Sounds like a pretty cool group right?! Due to that, I wanted to bring that sort of community locally! So I did! Now, it’s Sweat Pink Twin Cities goal to grow our local chapter just like the amazing ambassador community! We want a place were likeminded individuals, can come together to socialize and ask questions as well as get their fitness on! You can find Sweat Pink Twin Cities on Facebook! Our First Event!
Sweat Pink Twin Cites first event is on Saturday, March 17th!!!! I am so excited and you should be too! Why? Because we have a SUPER AWESOME partner! We are partnering with Six Degrees Uptown! So here is the really cool thing about Six Degree Uptown. They are made up of six different ideas that they think are important to a human being’s health: Movement, Restoration, Education, Community, Humanity, and Balance. Is that not amazing! That right there is why we are so excited that they are our first partner!
Letta Page will be leading us in a Barre class. What we love most about Letta is that she believes that movement is for everybody and every body—and is even more fun when you toss on some throwback jams. Who doesn’t love a throwback jam?
