It was mad lib Monday last Monday, but I didn’t get this done then so I am going to do it this Monday because it will be fun!
So let’s get started!
This year I would like to hit my goal weight (still figuring out what that is), personal record all race distances, and focus more on cross training.
It would also be super duper awesome if I also did duathlons/triathlons this year. It’s not a resolution, though, just a reminder to myself to try and have the best year yet because I am going to own 2015.
The thing I am looking forward to most this year is challenging myself to do things I never thought I would, like du’s and tri’s.
I’ll use the one thing that truly gets me out of bed in the morning which is Baylee (my dog) to help me get up, get moving (verb) and get after my #NoExcuses 2015.
Speaking of excuses (ahem), my very favorite excuse is I have to much to do/I have to work late and I have used it to get out of doing my race training and cross training on more than a trillion (number) occasions.
I vow to move my body and be more healthy this year even if it means I have to get up at a ridiculous hour of the morning.
Even if my alarm clock gets eaten by the dog in the middle of the night, I’ll still get up and get moving, and the dog eating the alarm clock isn’t out of the question, she did eat a Nintendo Wii once.
My job [job, hair, car, husband, kids] is not the reason I make excuses. I will show my job[same as before] who’s boss this year and get my running/strength training/yoga [type of sweaty activity] on this year!
I know that any kind of workout [type of workout] is better than being at work [noun].
I will reward myself by getting healthier and more fit, and probably a few destination races, new workout clothes and some new running shoes.
#NoExcuses 2015 has just begun and already I am imagining myself a winner. I can’t wait to rock a tank (article of clothing) from Augusta Active. I can’t wait till my sweaty friends are jealous of how fresh, clean and stink free (adj) I am between workouts with help fromShowerPill body wipes. I can see myself rocking pigeon pose [yoga pose/workout move] in new leggings from Actio926 and looking fit and fly while doing it. And of course, I’ll be taking my workouts to the next level and improving my core strength [noun] with my newActivMotion Bar to help me train for my next half marathon [distance] race withSasquatch Racing.
Oh, and let’s not forget how amazing my hoodie [article of clothing] will smell in my / during my next race [favorite type of workout] after washing with some WIN Detergent. And lastly, I’ll keep rocking my 2015 with clean eats and nutrition from Beaming with Health!
Okay, now it is your turn! Fill out the MadLibs and share how they will have a #NoExcuses 2015. All you need to do is fill in the purple parts!
