Last week I had a great fitness week, especially because I didn’t really have any structured fitness. I just focused on walking A LOT! I ran a 5K and hiked on Saturday and walked even more on Sunday and Monday.
Now, it is time to get back to a little bit more structured fitness. I am starting Insanity Max: 30 this week. I will be following the included workout schedule but I will also be running on three days. I am hoping for nice weather so I can run outside and not on the treadmill.
My schedule for the weeks goes as follows:
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Insanity Max:30
Friday: Insanity Max:30
Saturday: Insanity Max:30, Run
Sunday: Insanity Max:30, Run
Monday: Insanity Max:30
Tuesday: Rest
I am looking forward to starting the Insanity Max: 30 but a little worried too! I am a little sore from the race this weekend due to all of the hills so I am not sure what this new program will do to my body but I will push through and give it my all!
