Tuesday: Walk – Walked two extra miles! I shoot for 5 a day, so I ended up getting 7 in!
Wednesday: Pump Challenge, Hard Core Abs, Run – Didn’t happen
Thursday: Flow/PiYo – I got Flow in!
Friday: Pump & Burn, Run – Didn’t happen
Saturday: Rest – Went for a short walk
Sunday: Hard Core Abs, Run (maybe) – Didn’t happen
My goals for next week….
I am going to be honest, I want to get in a lot of activity because it is Christmas and I will be partaking in some higher calorie foods and extra activity would help combat the possible weight gain. However, I know that I will be spending two days in the car so it will be difficult. I am going to make it a goal to get it as much activity as possible this week but I am not going to schedule anything because I know it will be hard to stick to a schedule. I will let you know what I did to stay active next week…
