Alright, I am back to posting this on Sunday/Monday. Sorry guys for jumping all over on this post but I am having trouble finding which day works best. For now, I am going to post on Sunday/Monday, if I find a day that works better I will move yet again…
So what did I get done?
Tuesday: Body Pump
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: Walked 12,478 steps
Saturday: It was home improvement day so no real exercise but I did get over 10,000 steps
This week I am planning to complete:
Monday: Insanity Max: 30 – Cardio Challenge
Tuesday: Insanity Max: 30 – Tabata Power, Run
Wednesday: Insanity Max: 30 – Sweat Intervals, Run
Thursday: Insanity Max: 30 – Tabata Power
Friday: Insanity Max: 30 – Friday Fight Round 1
Saturday: Insanity Max: 30 – Pulse, Run, or Rest
I am going to do my best to stick to this plan! I know I need to get better with my activity so this week is the start of my focus on fitness!
