The first week went well, the training plan I am following has a nice easy start. I was scheduled to run a total of 3 miles and easy cross training. I did all of that and more!!!
Monday: Cross Train – Brazilian Butt Lift – Completed
Tuesday: Cross Train – BodyPump – Completed
Wednesday: Run 2 Miles – Completed
Thursday: PiYo – Completed
Friday: Run 1 Mile – Completed
Saturday: Was supposed to be strength but I did the 5K instead – Completed
Sunday: Rest – Active Rest, took the dog for a nice long walk!
The plan for this coming week looks a lot like last week’s plan. I haven’t decided what I will do on each cross training day yet. Tonight I am sitting down to review the training plan and determine my cross training schedule for the rest of half training. I know that I am going to cycle through Brazilian Butt Lift, BodyPump, PiYo, Yoga, and biking. There is another factor to consider for training as well but you will hear more about that in the coming days!
