Last week went really well when it came to training! I had a busy week with my fiance traveling and the Frozen Faceoff at the end of the week but I got most of my training done.
Tuesday: Cross Train – Brazilian Butt Lift
Wednesday: Run 2 Miles – Ran
Friday: Run 1-2 Miles – Walked
Saturday: Cross Train – BodyPump
Sunday: Cross Train – Rested, my body was feeling run down after the long week/weekend
