I am happy to say that it was another good work for me. It was a pretty uneventful week but I was able to really bump up the activity. I earned 35 activity points for the week. I really think that is a big factor in my success this week.
When I got my official weigh in back I was again surprised, I had lost 2.4 pounds. That means, I have lost a total of 8.6 pounds in five weeks. I am very pleased with the results. I am finally starting to feel comfortable in my clothes again! That was the biggest reason I restarted Weight Watchers, my clothes were all so uncomfortable. Then there was also my running, I could tell that it was suffering from the 20 or so pounds I had put on.
I really focused on eating my daily points and getting activity. There was only one day that I dipped into my weekly points and it was only three points. Normally, I am not that strict with myself the weekly points are there for a reason but I knew that I would be traveling the following week (this week) and I wanted to stay on track so I could be a bit more relaxed while on vacation.Now what do I expect next week? I am fully expecting to maintain or gain and I am completely okay with that! I am going to enjoy my time with my brother and future sister-in-law so I will be eating what I want and having no regrets. However, I do plan on tracking everything I eat and I know we will be very active so I have that going for myself too.
