You have probably noticed that I haven’t post one in three weeks. I wasn’t purposely not posted my results, I had just gotten busy and they fell to the wayside. However, I am not sure I want to continue writing about them.
By writing the posts, it feels to me that I am focusing on the number and not the feelings. I know that I do talk about how I have felt that week but still the focus is on the number. So, I am rethinking how I am going to handle the posts. It would be so much easier if Weight Watchers wasn’t about the scale… ;o)
I don’t know at this time what I will do or if I will even continue them. But I wanted to make sure I did at least let you know what you have missed over the last three weeks.
Week 11 – I gained 1.6 pounds. That was the week that I was in Florida and a gain was more than expected! I was just happy it was only a little over a pound.
Week 12 – I lost 0.2 pounds. We had company and I had a harder time adjusting to being back on track. I also didn’t exercise much as I was still worn out from all the activity in Florida.
Week 13 – I lost 1.2 pounds. Not really sure how that happened but I will take it. I am still up 0.2 from before the vacation but when I took my measurements they were all at least a quarter of an inch smaller.
